Make a major gift today

Every day, people across the GTA are doing everything they can to move forward. But poverty, rising costs and barriers to opportunity keep getting in the way.

So we have to Get in the Way.

Get in the way of hunger. Get in the way of homelessness. Get in the way of people being left behind. Your gift helps United Way Greater Toronto bring people, community organizations and partners together to tackle poverty from every angle — strengthening essential supports today and creating innovative solutions for tomorrow.

Stand with us. Give today. Get in the Way.

This year, your gift to United Way Greater Toronto can go even further, thanks to the Donald K. Johnson Major Gift Challenge Grant*.  Make your first gift of $10,000+ and your gift will be matched, doubling your impact. If you gave a major gift last year, any increase to your gift this year will be matched.

*The Donald K. Johnson Major Gift Challenge Grant applies to gifts over $10,000 made to United Way Greater Toronto (not designated to other charities), to a maximum of $1 million. Gifts must be made by December 31, 2026.
