Chief Financial Officer

You can be part of this uprising of care as Chief Financial Officer, supporting business transformation with sound financial leadership, and ensuring revenues and expenses are managed with a long-term, strategic view and aligned with the organizational mission. A senior finance leader with a CPA, you will guide and motivate a committed team of 25, overseeing all areas of accounting, financial management and reporting, legal, facilities management, and the development of the organization’s annual business plan. Reporting to the CEO and a key member of the Senior Executive Team, you will contribute to strategic planning and decision-making. Collaborative and an effective relationship-builder, you will embrace the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including taking on strategic projects in conjunction with the United Way movement in Canada or worldwide.
